Junior Instructor Program (ages 13-17)
You must be an intermediate or advanced skier or rider to join this program.

Program Information
Over the season, you will participate in a variety of clinics that will develop your understanding of skiing fundamentals and skills, teaching progressions, and different teaching and learning styles. You will also shadow professional instructors during lessons. Participants who complete the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) or American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) Junior Instructor Program throughout the season will earn a certificate and pin from the PSIA/AASI organization.
Lift tickets and rentals are not included.
Your child must be able to ride the lift and link turns on green terrain to participate in this program.
Lunches are NOT included with this program.
Lessons start at 10:00 AM; please arrive at least 15 minutes early, or 1 hour early if you need to pick up rentals.
Lessons finish at 4:00 PM.
You will receive an email with additional information, including where the program meets, closer to the program start date.
Online purchases become unavailable 48 hours before the session's start date.
Additional Information
Lift tickets are required for every lesson.
Lessons are non-transferable.
Children may not always ride chairlifts with an instructor.

Cancelations and Changes
The Mountain Sports School at Alyeska offers full refunds up to 48 hours before your scheduled lesson. There are no refunds available within the 48-hour window. Alyeska Resort does not offer refunds based on weather conditions or lift availability.

The Alyeska Bombers program is designed to foster an inclusive, non-competitive learning environment that encourages a lifelong love of skiing and riding. Participants will develop mountain awareness and learn new skills while enjoying a collaborative, team-driven atmosphere as they ski or ride with the same group throughout the season.

You will need to add each session individually to the cart if you want to purchase multiple sessions.

While we try our hardest to ensure that classes have the same instructor week to week, we cannot guarantee it.
Your child may be moved from one class to another at our discretion to better fit their ability level.
You may request your child be in a class with another student; however, we cannot guarantee accommodating your request.
